Exchange & Return Process for Digital Products

Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date for both digital and physical products.

Timeframe
Refunds for digital products will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.

Conditions
Refunds are offered under the following circumstances:

• Refunds are offered if the product was not downloaded or if it was paid twice.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind with buyer's remorse or if you missed a live workshop.
• Refunds are available for valid reasons, such as duplicated payments for digital products and wrong size for physical products.

Non-Refundable Items or Services

• Once a digital download link has been accessed or the download process has started, refunds cannot be issued. This policy prevents abuse of downloadable content.
• Products marked as "Final Sale" are non-refundable.
• Our online courses are non-refundable after the first module has been accessed. This policy ensures that students commit to the course before seeking a refund.
• Refunds are not available for subscription or membership services. Customers can cancel their subscription to prevent further charges.

Refund Process

Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the payment method is unavailable, an alternative method may be used.

Exchange & Return Process for Physical Products

Return Requests
To return a physical product, please follow these steps:

2. Once authorized, follow the instructions provided for shipping the item back to us.

Exchanges
Exchanges are possible for wrong sizes or damaged/defective physical items. Contact our customer support for details on the exchange process.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Item Condition

• The item must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
• Refunds are offered if the product arrives damaged, is defective, or doesn't match the product description.
• We cannot accept returns of any products that have been washed and/or worn.

 

For print-on-demand products such as The Astro Planner

• Due to the nature of the print-on-demand manufacturing process, we do not accept returns for physical products and they are non-refundable. If you received damaged, defective, we are happy to provide a replacement copy. Please notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date through our online customer support form. Be sure to include your order number when submitting your support request. Providing digital images with your initial support request will speed up the resolution.

We will analyze chargeback requests according to the guidelines provided herein.
