Exchange & Return Process for Digital Products
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date for both digital and physical products.
Refunds for digital products will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.

- Refunds are offered if the product was not downloaded or if it was paid twice.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind with buyer's remorse or if you missed a live workshop.
- Refunds are available for valid reasons, such as duplicated payments for digital products and wrong size for physical products.
Non-Refundable Items or Services
- Once a digital download link has been accessed or the download process has started, refunds cannot be issued. This policy prevents abuse of downloadable content.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" are non-refundable.
- Our online courses are non-refundable after the first module has been accessed. This policy ensures that students commit to the course before seeking a refund.

Exchange & Return Process for Physical Products
