  • Workshop 1: Exploring Limits with Chris: Understand Limits, discover, and confront your personal barriers.
  • Workshop 2: Releasing Limits: Experience sound healing, acupuncture, reiki, and a guided meditation to release energetic blocks with Chris and other incredible practitioners.

Wheelhouse will always have complimentary snacks, tea, coffee, water and juices, available throughout your visit, and we will also feed you one large meal a day, crafted in-house, with the support of local produce, shops, and collaborators. The meals will change depending on the schedule’s timing.
